What is our accessibility commitment?

The Kallay Group is working to make this website accessible to the widest possible audience, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. Accessibility is treated as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.

What have we done so far?

• Semantic headings in order on every page, so screen readers can navigate by structure
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and labels on icon-only links
• Keyboard-operable navigation, including the menu and its submenus
• Touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones
• Text and interface colors checked for contrast against the dark background
• Form fields with visible, associated labels

What are the known limitations?

Property search on this site is delivered through a third-party FlexMLS application that we do not control and cannot modify. Its accessibility is determined by its provider. If you have trouble using the property search, contact us and we will run the search for you and send results in whatever format works best.

How do I report a problem?

If you encounter a barrier on this site, tell us and we will address it. Email Danny@thekallaygroup.com or call (480) 694-8571. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.

We will also provide any information on this site in an alternative format on request, at no cost.
